Given the clinical and social significance of behavioral game addiction, the question of study of the comorbid interrelations of dependence on computer games and other mental disorders becomes increasingly relevant. A case of dependence on computer games comorbid with personality disorder of emotionally unstable circle is described. The clinical picture of the game addiction is consistent with all 9 diagnostic criteria of the Internet Gaming Disorder (DSM-V). Conclusion. The time frames for the formation of dependence on computer games and personality disorder overlap each other in many ways. Deficiency of the emotional-volitional sphere is a common platform for the development of both disorders. The adding of the phenomenological mask of personality disorder to the clinical picture of addiction in the form of pronounced aggressiveness and impulsiveness in the manifesta tion of withdrawal syndrome, as well as the inability to plan computer activity despite the presence of pronounced psychosocial problems was observed. Mutual additional burden of social functioning with the simultaneous availability of both disorders determines the importance of early diagnosis of forming personality disorders and computer game addiction. The latter ultimately allows the application of appropriate psychotherapeutic interventions.
