Clinical case of treatment of a patient with peripheral cancer of the upper left lung with centralization with secondary changes in the bones of the skeleton and brain

The treatment of oligometastatic disease is an extremely complex problem. Previously, metastatic cancer of different locations was regarded as the last stage of the disease, with the possibility of only palliative chemotherapeutic or symptomatic treatment. We demonstrated the possibility of stabilizing the process after the application of radiation therapy in combination with chemotherapy.
