Clinical dynamic of alcohol dependence in women with pre-morbid personality disorders

Clinical and follow-up investigation of 165 women suffering from alcoholism has been conducted from which 103 had disturbances of psycho-emotional sphere in pre-morbid. High incidence rate of changed picture of intoxication in the kind of reduction of periods of euphoria, irritability, and emotional lability, depressive and hysterical reactions has been revealed. Formation of stable remissions is associated with small and middle progression of disease, the first hospitalization, reduction of psychopathological disorders.
