The article reviews the results of examination of 103 patients with post-schizophrenic depression. They had low objective and subjective standard of living. The patients with strongly pronounced symptoms of depression and schizophrenia have the poorest objective performance of standard of living. When constructing a rehabilitation program one should take into account besides the heaviness of symptoms the specific features of the remission, as well as the social aftermathes of the illness.
