The category of "quality" is becoming one of the key concepts that reflect different aspects of reality, with the level and range of educational services show quality education. On the basis of analysis of different approaches to the definition of "quality education" the interpretation of the concept of "quality of professional education" is proposed, the structure of the quality of vocational education is considered, the objects of the quality monitoring of primary and secondary education are allocated.
