On the question of the essential definition of the concept of homeless: the historical genesis

The article considers methodological approaches to the genesis of the concept of homeless, classifies approaches to its study, and clarifies the essence of the concept of homeless. On the base of sociological research in relation to the modern conditions of the development of statehood, the authors determine its content and propose the author's definition of the concept.
