The question of development of small and medium enterprises industrial region

In the article the condition of development of small and medium enterprises in the Kemerovo area. On the basis of the analysis of data influence of small and average business on region economy, creation of the new productions, new workplaces and population employment is shown. Despite powerful system of support of development of business in the region, there are problems which don''t allow small business to become a basis of economy of the region.
