Assessment of indirect damage from corruption crimes

Introduction: the author studies peculiarities of the assessment of indirect damage from corruption crimes. Materials and Methods: Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation documents, legal regulations, regulatory acts of local government, publicly available information from mass media etc. The author used traditional general scientific research methods: analysis, synthesis and deduction, simulation method. Results: the author presents his own method of assessment of consequent corruption damages. Discussion and Conclusions: the author suggests resulting damage assessment in cost of housing and communal services, placement of vehicles in municipal parking lots, building permit on multifamily homes; considers damage assessment after concealed embezzlement of municipal budget funds.
