About question of effectiveness of responsibility for organizing illegal migration

Purpose: Development of recommendations for improving the current criminal legislation of the Russian Federation. Methodology: System-structural, private-scientific, system-logical methods. Results: The article is devoted to the problems of combating the organization of illegal migration. Therefore, ways of improving the criminal legislation in the matter of increasing the effectiveness of the fight against the organization of illegal migration are suggested.
