To the question of the use of baby boxes in Russia

The article deals with the problems of legal regulation of legal relations in the field of the implementation of the baby box project in Russia. The questions of establishment and use of the baby-box system are analyzed. The characteristic of foreign experience of research of activity of baby-boxes is given. The necessity of legalizing "windows of life" for children has been revealed and substantiated.
