To the question of recovery of expenses on a representative

The article analyzes the issue of collecting expenses for a representative. The provisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court, the Definition of the Constitutional Court, which relate to this topic, are considered. The category of rationality is investigated on the basis of the judicial practice of the Arbitration Court of the Vladimir Region. It summarizes the criteria by which it is possible to reduce the recoverable costs, due to the fact that the court found them unreasonable and excessive.
