On the issue of improving methods of public-private partnership in the field of gas supply in the Sverdlovsk region

The article considers the possibilities of improving the mechanism of public-private partnership (PPP) on the territory of the Russian Federation. The author analyzes research in the field of public-private partnership, identifies priority areas for the development of PPP projects, and considers regulatory legal acts regulating the use of public-private partnership. Using foreign experience in applying PPP mechanisms, the advantages and disadvantages of this sphere of legal relations are identified. Using the example of the Sverdlovsk region, the author studies in more detail the problems that arise during the implementation of PPP projects.
