To the issue of the ratio of constitutional legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation

The constitutional legal status of foreign citizens and administrative legal status of citizens in Russia are mutually dependent elements due to the supreme legal force of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and its direct application. However, administrative legal regulation of the order of entry, stay and residence of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, the order of their employment in practice may lead to unjustified restriction of personal legal status, guaranteed by constitutional and legal norms.
