The role of the technical-organizational measures in the increase in labour productivity and quality indicators in the Soviet aircraft industry in 1946 - 1956 (on the materials of the aircraft plant №1)

The article presents the research on the formation of the product quality improving system at the Kuibyshev Aircraft Plant №1 in 1946 - 1956. Due to the thorough investigation of previously unknown sources it became possible to give a more detailed insight into main forms and directions of the plant management activities and to reveal the results of the work done.
