On legal nature of family legal liability under family law of the Russian federation

There are many scientific researches devoted to the finding a universal criterion for the most general classification of legal liability. As a rule, family liability is understood as a moral and(or) property enforcement measures limiting the family rights enforcement, depriving the family rights, establishing additional burdens provided by the family law and applied by the court to the participants of the family relations. The author considers the development of a "family liability" concept in the system of legal liability. The author gives the definition to the "family liability" and proves that it's necessary to place it into the Family Code of the Russian Federation.
