On the concept of constitutional and legal fictions in the federal structure of the Russian Federation

Purpose: The article is devoted to the study of constitutional and legal fictions in the federal structure of the Russian Federation. Methodology: The research methodology is based on formal legal methods, the method of comparison, analysis and generalization. Results: The author comes to the conclusion that there is no definition of the concept of «constitutional and legal fictions in the federal structure of the Russian Federation». The necessity of forming a definition of «constitutional and legal fiction in the federal structure of the Russian Federation» in the science of constitutional law is substantiated. Novelty/originality/value: The article attempts to investigate constitutional and legal fictions in the federal structure of the Russian Federation.
