On unusual measures of the state territory protection

The article justifies the necessity of determination of international legal order on state borders identification. Safety of a state is substantially generated by the condition of its borders. For the development of the national security concepts it''s necessary to study the issues on interrelation between the policy in the sphere of security and the process of state border protection. The author pays attention to unusual forms of border areas management of a number of foreign countries.
