Revisiting the form and structure of international contract

The article considers issues dealing with legal techniques aiming at developing the management efficiency of the international economic integration process in terms of modern tendencies of the global economic system development. It mainly focuses on the contemporary Russian legislation requirements, international economic rules of law, and the established practices to the form and structure of contracts concluded between companies of different states while performing their commercial activity.
