On characteristics of film-forming structures obtained in ioconversion process of waste materials of poultry-processing industry

The work deals with the results of the research into film-forming structures (FFS) obtained in bioconversion process of the egg shell in high acid biological liquids. It has been proved, that film-forming structures are produced without involving microorganisms cultures used. Hystological and microscopic studies of film-forming structures surface are presented.
