То the problem of system analysis of telecommunicative processes

The messaging process is analyzed from the point of view of the uniformity of its structure, which includes along with the information components of information noise and misinformation. The problem of the appearance and accumulation of residual uncertainty in the messages circulating between the control system and the control object in hierarchical organizational systems is discussed.
