On the history of the Kuibyshev regional scientific society of therapists under the leadership of professor N.E. Kavetsky in the 1940-1950s

In this publication, a brief history of the main milestones in the activities of the Kuibyshev Regional Scientific Society of Therapists in the 1940s and 1950s is considered. The main directions in the work of members of the society in the pre-war, war and post-war periods are characterized. At this stage, this organization was headed by a talented health organizer, scientist and physician - Professor Nikolai Yevgenyevich Kavetsky, whose contribution played a significant role in the formation and strengthening of the scientific society of therapists.
