Aesthetic gymnastics as a means of physical training of high school girls

The article deals with the organization of physical education process of high school girls by means of aesthetic gymnastics. The authors give the rationale of their research, define its problem, purpose and objectives, develop a hypothesis and highlight the possible implications of the study. The results obtained show that the experimental teaching methods of aesthetic gymnastics classes, proposed by the authors, have a positive effect on the physical fitness level of high school girls. The findings of the study can be used to improve physical education process in municipal educational institutions.
