Socialist revolutionaries of the Middle and Lower Volga region in 1911- early 1917

The article covers various aspects of the history of socialist revolutionaries of the Middle and Lower Volga region in 1911-early 1917: organizational problems and changes in tactics caused by new political realities n the country; attitudes towards the war, struggle for influence on the masses. It is shown that socialist evolutionaries remained disorganized and few in number, they lost their ties with the masses, they didn't isplay any active work. During the years of the war the majority of socialist revolutionaries stood for revolutionary defensism and stopped their struggle against the government.
