Elements of the concept of rational use of soil and vegetable complexes of the extreme northeast of Asia

Results of studying of a soil cover and vegetable communities of the permafrost landscapes are stated. Biological productivity and a role of biological circulation in ecosystems of the region are discussed. Resistance of landscapes to anthropogenous impact and the principles of land reclamation are considered.
