Electronic legal person: myth or the improved future?

It is noted that there are currently objective factors contributing to the emergence of electronic legal entities. The content of the term "legal entity" has been studied. The main features of the category of a legal entity are analyzed. The concept of "digital rights" is investigated. Possibility of "tokenization" of economic relations is indicated. The possibility of using blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, smart contracts in managing a legal entity was considered. An opinion was expressed about the possibility of creating a legal structure for an electronic legal entity.
