Back pain is one of the urgent problems in neurology - it is registered annually in 15-25% of the adult population of the country. At the age of 30 to 45, back pain is one of the most common causes of disability. At the same time, only 40% of patients seek medical help. It is also known that in a third of patients, acute pain subsequently turns into chronic pain, which persists for more than 12 weeks. The most common cause of back pain is dorsopathy. Dorsopathy is a group of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, the leading symptom complex of which is pain in the trunk and extremities of nonvisceral etiology.
