The strategic management economic model of the hotel enterprises

The article reveals the essence of strategic enterprise management taking into account changes in the external environment. The author analyzes the concept of "strategic management" and identifies generalizing characteristics. The economic model of strategic management of the hotel enterprises is offered and its stages are considered. The problems of forming strategic management of the hotel enterprise are investigated. Classification of competitive and functional strategies of hotel business is presented. It is revealed that an important aspect of strategic management is the analysis and forecasting of environmental factors to prevent unpredictable strategic changes and effective management of the hotel industry.
