The "echo" of Charlotte Bront"e's "Jane Eyre" in "But I’ll remember this. A comedy" by Pam Nixon

The article analyses allusion on the novel -Jane Eyre‖ by Ch. Brontë in -A Comedy‖ -But I‘ll Remember This‖ by Pam Nixon (2014). The similarities between the images, plot, composition of two novels, as well as direct allusion on -Jane Eyre‖ in -But I‘ll Rememner This‖ can be explained by the fact that both books contain the elements of Bilgunsroman, school prose. Both novels also discuss similar themes and questions. Pam Nixon, as Charlotte Brontë, tells the story of growing and up-bribing of a young girl insearch of her place in the world and harmony.
