Utilization efficiency of heat removed from the air from loaded vegetable storehouse

The article provides the results of the full-scale investigation of the system of active air distribution in the loaded storehouse during the main period of fruits and vegetables storage in containers. The required amount of intake air when utilizing the waste air heat and the microclimate parameters in bulk of agricultural products were determined. This guarantees the maintenance of temperature and moisture conditions in rather rigid limits for the major storage period and minimization of their loss. The reduction of energy consumption for heating intake air in a storehouse was revealed. Power consumption efficiency of the active ventilation system with the rotor heat utilizer for agricultural products storage in the conditions of sharply continental climate of East Siberia was proved.
