Prospects of development of crediting investment projects in the Republic of Belarus

The credit and investment activity of the bank in the organization of lending to investment projects is accompanied by an investment risk, which is the risk of non-repayment of the principal debt and interest on the investment loan. Factors of credit and investment risk are formed by the activities of the borrower, the bank, and also the external business environment. Being compound, investment risk includes external, design and internal risks. The investment risk management system in the bank is a set of forms and methods of influencing the structure of credit and investment operations in order to limit the risk of a lending transaction for investment projects.
