We have established that the daily oral administration of TMTD to white rats at a dose of 15.2 mg / kg (1 / 10 LD 50) is an accumulation of poison in the body. Glycyrrhizic acid prevents manifestation of chronic TMTD, reduces the degree of its cumulative effect.
