Heart rate regulation changes in the menstrual cycle of women athletes when performing submaximal physical activity

The article discusses the changes in the regulation of cardiac rhythm of women athletes in various phases of ovarian-menstrual cycle. According to the results of spectral analysis of heart rate showed that after the application of submaximal physical exercise for the first half of ovarian-menstrual cycle is characterized by a predominance of the contribution of HF component, whereas in the second half the characteristic is the predominance of VLF-contribution component.
