From the history of school education of the Mordovian ASSR (materials of the expedition of the research pedagogical institute of nationalities, 1935)

The article is devoted to the consideration and study of important and topical issue at present as the development of school education in the national Borderlands of Russia. The author with the objective position describes and states the facts of the school education of the last century in 30 years, based on actual data, given the research expedition of the Scientific research of the pedagogical Institute of nationalities of 1935, which was held in the young Republic - Mordovian ASSR. The state and development of school education and education are considered by the author with the various positions on this issue to give an objective picture of the national school of the time. In the end, on the surface are both positive and negative aspects of school policy in 1930-ies. The author thoroughly suited to such parties of school business as: first, the quantitative enrolment of children in school, their social background, level of involvement of pupils in public organizations (Octobrists and pioneers), their sex and age composition, and secondly, the level of quality of schooling, etc, the students, repetition and dropout - elimination or withdrawal from the school, focused personal approach to students. On this issue it is important that the author gives not only quantitative indicators, but also reveal the main reasons of the negative phenomena not only school, but also household contents, and identifies ways and means to address and correct many of the mistakes and miscalculations in the school policy. The value of this article lies mainly in the fast that there are actual official data (for greater certainty, user for the first time) can provide undeniable help to researchers of this topic, as well as work can serve as a great help in the study of local history in the Mordovian Republic. The material, which shows the ways and methods of improving the quality and efficiency of training required for teachers of rural schools. In turn, this work can give an example to present and future reformers in the area of school policy that will pay attention to your domestic school, not the West. And the experience of the creation of the Soviet education system the best in the world, need to learn in order to improve modern schooling and not to make the mistakes of the past, and to take and develop only the best.
