Such manner of collecting evidences as vindication of documents is analyzed; the differences between vindication and seizure, features of vindication, order of carrying and registration of the present proceeding are showed. In the article the accent is given to the independence of vindication, its procedural nature and necessity of application during criminal proceeding.
