The historical and legal review of problems of the compelled migration

Purpose: Development of the historical and legal review of various problems arising in the sphere of the compelled migration. Methodology: Dialectic, formal - legal and historical and legal methods were used. Results: The compelled migration in article is considered as one of current problems of the present, the history and the reasons of migration are investigated, types of the compelled migration are defined, problems of legal regulation of the compelled migration are considered, special attention is paid to ecological crisis and problems of ecological refugees. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific value and the practical importance.
