The origins of the authoritarian public legal consciousness by the example of Spain

The author studies the concept of authoritarian components of the public legal consciousness. If there are certain conditions of the public socio-legal evolution, these components can exert an impact on the most dynamic element of the form of state, the political and legal regime. But at the same time they help to preserve the integrity of the nation and its values in the global world.
