Researcher of history of cities of Transbaikalia doctor of historical sciences T. V. Palikova

In the article the main directions of scientific researches of associate professor Tatiana Palikova (Buryat State University) are considered. Brief characteristics of the main works published by Palikova are presented and their role in the integrated study of cities is analyzed. In the author's opinion, the contribution of T. Palikova in the study of the historical urbanist of Transbaikalia and Eastern Siberia is significant and allows further development of this direction.
