Opportunity research of helical rotor pump operational characteristics increase

The article considers the main trends in helical rotor pump operational characteristics increase. The article shows that excessive failure and torsional load within the pair “fixed block – helix” needs elimination by using such progressive technologies as elastomer modification with the help of the methods capable to make them highly wear resistant based on the wear-free transfer effect as well as formation of protective composite coating that prevents abrasive and hydrogen wear and that was derived with the help of wear-free transfer effect.
