The influence of working temperature on residual stresses and amplitude limit of bolts M6 made of steel ЭИ696 with rolled thread has been examined. It's been established that the exposition of bolts under working temperature leads to the decrease of compressive residual stresses in thread cavities and lowering of stresses cycle amplitude limit of bolts. It's been shown that the average integral residual stresses criterion can be used for the evaluation of the compressive residual stresses in thread cavities influence on the stresses cycle amplitude limit of rolled bolts M6 made of steel ЭИ696 as well in initial state as after ther mo exposition.
