A mathematical model of the separation punching-cutting parts from sheet blanks pressure polyurethane with the possibility of using different structural and technological parameters of the punching tool. Sheet materials separating mechanism by polyurethanes pressure during deferent cutting tools using is researched. Cutting tool optimal parameters are determinate by mathematical and experimental research. Optimal parameters provide shear nature of sheet blank separating process, eo ipso provides high quality of details. Revealed the residual strain of small thickness blanks after the load. Mathematical research results are supported by experiments using coordinate net method.
