Investigation of effects of the electromagnetic spinal cord stimulation on the hindlimbs muscles reflexes in narcotized rats

Movement reactions were evoked by electromagnetic spinal cord stimulation in the narcotized rats. Characteristics of hindlimbs EMG responses on electromagnetic stimulation with frequencies 1, 5, 12 and 20 Hz in cervical and lumbar segments of the spinal cord were analysed. The results of study revealed the role of stimulation frequency and spinal cord locus for formation of the late responses components of the hindlimbs muscles reflexes.
