Study of concepts "commercial real estate"

The article is the result of the authors analysis of the domestic and foreign science approaches to the concept «real estate» and «commercial real estate». The notion of «commercial property» is considered in conjunction with his physical (nonremovability of land and related improvements), legal (complex material object associated with the property rights and encumbrances) and the economic entities (the attribution of income from the use of the property).
