Бесплатный доступ

Mixed two-stories poplar-elm stands are characteristic of the floodplain forest. The total number of identified species growing in the study area was 121 of 38 families and 99 genera. The average age of plantations is 50-80 years, the average bonitet is III, completeness is 0.60-0.70. The aboveground phytomass of floodplain meadows reaches an average of 1.28 t/ha, and the phytomass of the herbaceous stage of floodplain broadleaf forests is 0.57 t/ha. Black poplar ( Populus nigra ) with an admixture of oak ( Quercus robur ), and elm ( Ulmus parvifolia ) comprise the forests in question. We identified the species composition of these forests, the structure of stands, taxation indicators, the main forest types, as well as the basics of the reforestation process.
