An analisys of mechanical characteristics of the thermoplastic composite material, based on the polyester-ether-ketone reinforced by short, high-strength carbon fibers was done. Two material composition was considered: reinforced with 20% and 40%. The experimental dependence of the stresses from the deformations of the samples cut at angles of 0 ° and 90 ° to the direction of molding, to assess the anisotropy of the properties of the tested composites. Building of multi-level models of the material was done, which are used to describe the stress-strain state of products, taking into account the orientation of the reinforcement fibers, as determined on the basis of the casting process. Verification of multilevel models was done by comparing the curves of load test samples obtained by calculation and experiment.
