Experiments were conducted to establish the complex nature depending on the dislocation structure formed, the density distribution of the micropores and microcracks microdefects internal structure depending on the conditions of the melt crystallization. The characteristics of the resulting microstructures of structural steels for given operating conditions. For this purpose, with appropriate technical devices created external mechanical, acoustic, magnetic influence on the metal melt during its aging and crystallization. t was found that the scalar vector of increments of parameters crystallizing microstructures relative to the reference point in this case may be represented by tensors of the second rank: increments of linear and angular deformities. The kinetics of the growth of the emerging structure of crystals in the liquid metal melt at the moment of contact between the individual crystallized microparticles along their boundaries with the formation of crystallites with parameters depending on the crystallization conditions, which provides mathematical simulation of crystallization processes and allows to predict the chances of getting the guaranteed properties of the alloy structure, depending on the process conditions melting and crystallization of the melt
