Research of autofluorescence and fluorescence "Of photoditazin " in organs of mice with different methods of injection

This work presents an analysis of the spectral features of diffuse reflectance and fluorescence of photosensitizer "Photoditazine" in the organs of mice in accordance with their optical properties. For that purpose first of all the characteristics of the absorption, scattering and autofluorescence was studied and then the dynamic of accumulation of the photosensitizer in the organs of mice was investigated, depending on the time. For each investigated organ of mouse and for each time point the algorithms for the analyzing and processing of data allowing for avoiding interpretation errors were developed.
