The paper presents developed by OOO «KO-INVEST» «Collection of aggregates from the cost of restoration and rehabilitation of cultural heritage», close to the format produced in 1996 a series of handbooks «Handbook evaluator», successfully used by many evaluators in Russia. Parameters are given, which may determine the cost of restoration and reconstruction: the recorded work and costs, types of monuments, as well as conditions of the Compendium.
