Use of the program-oriented approach in the solution of complex problems of the development of agrarian and industrial complex of the region

Forerunners of sustainable development in the AIC are characterized, motivating the significance of developing long-term programs for the implementation of systemic principles. The analysis of realization of the programs directed at revival and development by agrarian and industrial complex of the Volgograd region is carried out. The interrelation between the design approach and possibility of realization of innovative production technologies in agriculture is revealed.
