Using international experience to increase the competitiveness of employees of modern enterprises in Belarus

The article shows the current core trends in the formation of the economy of any country, which in the near future can lead to changes in the structure of supply and demand for labor. In this regard, one of the main problems of the labor market is the preparation of highly competitive workers. The author briefly considers the possibilities of using international experience in the field of increasing the competitiveness of workers in modern enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.In particular, a number of examples of training competitive personnel and the use of various strategies and mechanisms of foreign countries included in the top 10 global ranking - Denmark, Singapore, Finland, etc. are considered. To understand whether it is possible to use the experience of these countries, the author provides some results of the development of Belarus over 2016 - 2020, the problems of imbalance in the labor market and lack of competitiveness among young professionals are shown.But the creative use of the considered international experience is quite possible. In this regard, the author highlights the main possible forms, methods and mechanisms for increasing the competitiveness of national personnel at the enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.
