Use of laser scanning materials in forecasting and response to natural and man-made emergencies

This article is devoted to the consideration of the use of laser scanning materials in predicting and eliminating natural and man-made emergencies. It is proposed to use the results of laser scanning to solve the problems of preventing emergencies, calculating losses and assessing damage from emergencies, as well as providing spatial information to rescuers.
